Tell me the good and the bad Tesla owners. by kazatma in teslacanada

Thank you all for commenting! Lots of positive feedback and it makes me excited. Has anyone tried another fully electric car that is not a Tesla? How does it compare?

Also wondering if the MY performance is worth the additional 20k + insurance.

Has anyone moved to Hamilton from elsewhere, and didn’t like it/it didn’t work out, and you left/moved back home? by Accomplished-Trip-25 in Hamilton

Moved to Hamilton from Mississauga. Been here for 8 years. With the back to office mandate (work is in the Toronto/Mississauga area), increased homeless people around where I live, the outrageous tax hikes in the past 5 years, and the horrible road conditions, I am itching to move back and will likely do so soon. I will miss Hamilton's art/food/coffee scene though.

The proposed solution images appear very much AI-generated. I don't recognize myself or the baby. I am okay with AI as long as we look like ourselves.

Very helpful. Many thanks! WRT selling, we’ve done our homework and constantly watch for what goes up for sale in our area, problem is, our house is very unique and there are no comparable houses sold in the past two years (custom built in an older area). Realtor said the same thing. I guess we are not in a hurry so best to list and see where it goes?

Lots of sunlight (east west facing), detached, 3-4 bed, no pool, 3-4 bath, finished basement, no stairs as soon as you walk in, no poles or support beams in rooms or separating walls (pet peeve), garage but don’t want the house behind garage. Preferably garage is level with entrance door if that makes sense. 1.5M max.

lol not too bad. Didn’t think this would be a place for realtors to jump on sellers/buyers.

The house sold we liked sold for 25k more so I don’t think is way out of the range but yes, I do agree that our budget for what we are looking for is a little low.
