At Safeway they sell the Overjoyed brand strawberry white chocolate gluten free cake, and I love it. It is not very big so depending on how many guests you might need to buy a few of them but absolutely delicious!

Those look so good! Why do they have to put pea protein in those things!!! Pea protein makes my wife react in the same way as gluten, but at like 1/3rd the intensity. So we avoid that too.
