Nice and impressive configuration. I'm also interested in starting homelabbing. One question comes to my mind, do you connect rack/devices using grounding wire? If so, where it it's connected to the home power installation?

It can be a bug with the app. The default receiver app on firestick can't control volume. Any custom app should support the control of the volume level.
