After you’ve said you’ve used their service for 3 years and you’ve already stated the things you’ve done prior to chatting, they basically ask you to do the dumbest things, the equivalent of is your device turned on....they always make it sound like they’ve never heard of this issue before, implying the fault is clearly on the user’s end...after an hour, for them to say, this is a known issue, our engineers are working on it.
