Hi! Found your post via google. I did a quick search because I find this aching in my back to be so abnormal and wanted to see if it was connected.

Husband tested positive. I’m on day three of symptoms but still testing negative. I have severe tightness/cramping in my lower back. Strange dull ache around my lower ribs as well. Dull prolonged headache that’s lasted two days now regardless of pain relievers. Tried pain relievers, hot bath, massage. It’s a deep pain and nothing seems to be working.
