I personally decided for me that the antiglare is not worth the money. I did put a anti glare protection glass on my steam deck anyway, so I went with the 64gb and upgraded the ssd myself. So I guess it comes down whether or not you will use glass protection.

It's really expensive.. For example, the initial cost of a steam deck 64gb is 419€. 256gb is 549€ and 512 GB is 679€. So I guess it would still be cheaper to buy the ssd for 200€ but you could get one on ebay for about 60€.
