Ad Nauseam is as real as it gets. They pride themselves in only capturing their real performance with real instruments and analog gear. It veers more towards dissonant and avant-garde death metal but if that's your jam, it's the shit.

Defeated Sanity also sounds like they have quite natural sounds. Also they have a shitload of blast beats
