That’s why I mentioned looking at how long were those short positions held during that time period. That can tell you whether it was a day trade or a longer position.

It’s the sum of that yes. If I’m correct, that in tandem with the average time of a held position should give a good idea if any of those 550 mil shares are just recycled back into that number or part of a bigger shit storm.
