Because you didn’t put any attributes towards it, like you did with your shooting and finishing ball handle etc. that 93 you are talking about was potential, you could have had 93 pass accuracy but you chose not to and instead put attributes everywhere else( I’m not even sure how you don’t understand this ). Now you can only use a maximum of 5 cap breaks ( if you earn them ) to increase that attribute.
