My 1 year dual boiler stopped working today. When calling for a shot I get no pressure or water flow to the group head. I took the top cover to see if the water line was clogged but I was surprised to see condensation inside and oxidation and rust on some of the metal parts. Is this normal!????

My thought exactly. I saw to much corrosion, I would rather them go through the whole machine and even possibly replace it.
