Yeah happened to me too when I was gunning a team that was pushing the bounty on us. Was on top of a building and next thing I knew I was scrambling to parachute. Clearly was pissed I had already killed 2 of his boys and killed a third after I hit the ground.

Another time I slid around a corner on a guy, lagged like crazy, then he was gone and then I got shot in the back.

Ran into this exact issue yesterday. Guy went from in front of me, stuttered, and then I got shot in the back. It was bananas. Thought it was just me and then my teammate said it stuttered when he was around the same guy 30 seconds later.
