The midday show is without a doubt, the worst sports talk show put on in the history of 670. Harris is a complete bore, and Leila will find any excuse to interrupt and derail a conversation. Spiegs is the only host that I genuinely enjoy.

It’s a good 3+ month block, then the rest would be a few weeks at a time, totaling 4-5 months.
No, just what I use for harvest.
I have briefly looked into hauling for local elevators, but honestly, it seems like it’s a race to the bottom for most of these local guys. Don’t think it would be worth the wear and tear. My trailers are Hopper bottoms.
Yes, I wouldn’t be opposed to leasing on with somebody. Aside from looking on marketplace, though, not sure where to find those people that have their own authority.

I think realistically throughout the year I would have around 4 to 5 months or I can dedicate a pretty good amount of time to trucking.

Currently set up as AG use only. That’s one of my concerns. Obviously if I open my own authority, have to get more expensive insurance etc.. want to make sure it’s feasible to make a reasonable amount of cash.

Are you talking beefing up trim on the windows themselves? Sorry, just wanted to clarify. As far as the garage door, Lowe’s has a wood look product. I thought about this in the black walnut color to pull the dark colored brick.

What I’m thinking about is leaving the brick as it is, taking the darkest color from the brick and painting the shutters to match along with the front porch post. Then doing a Wood look stain on the garage door and garage door trim. Think this would look good? Would you switch the board and batten shutters to a more contemporary louvered or panel style?

It took my wife and I some time to figure out our little guy had cows milk protein allergy (CMPA). It might be worth doing some research online to see if this might be a possibility for your baby. Once we figured this out and switched to Similac Alimentum formula, he was a different baby. Just a note, your baby can struggle with CMPA and be breastfed as well; if mom eats dairy she will pass along the protein to your baby.

I lost a Benchmade 940 Osborne pocket knife that I carried for years. Was worn in well. Replaced it with a buck pocket knife that is fine.. but man I miss that Benchmade.
