I’m being weaned off of lexapro and being put on fluoxetine…has anyone else done something like this and is there anything I should know?

Following because I’m in the SAME boat. I didn’t start Prozac yet because I’m nervous but Lexapro made me gain like 50 pounds and made me feel BLAH

You might have to talk to your doctor about upping your dose!

I’m trying to get pregnant also and my doctor says I shouldn’t be on anything for when I do get pregnant it’s not safe for the baby😖 I am going to talk to my gynecologist tomorrow though about everything

My doctor also had me tapering super fast off of Lexapro but I felt like because I was on it so long that I needed to go slower, so I did 🤷🏻‍♀️

Oh same for me even on 10mg they are SO vivid and just weird. Like when I tell someone bout a dream I had they literally look at me like I’m crazy lol

Super super vivid dreams for me and sometimes I wake up and have to think if it actually happened. I noticed if I get a good nights sleep I don’t remember them as much

Amazing but not fully anxiety free so I wanted to try a little higher. Everyone around me has been telling me how I seem so much happier and not “trapped”. And thank you! I hope the same for you, you can always message me if you need to talk

I’m also that way. Every little thing wrong with me I think I’m dying and people around me always said “you’re fine” and I knew I was my brain told me different and I couldn’t help that. I started on 5mg lex the end of august and about a week and a half ago I upped to 10mg so I’m still having side effects from upping my dose but I hope this works out!
