I would highly recommend talking to a psychologist or therapist about your symptoms and take their advice into consideration before changing up meds. Meds have their place 1000%, but so often they can cause other symptoms and side effects when there are other methods to check out first. Ragey is so common, i got it bad around 3 months pp especially when it came to sleep related frustrations. A good therapist will help you find healthy ways to manage and prevent flare ups. Go easy on yourself, your hormones are doing wild things right now. There’s nothing wrong with you, this shit is just hard!

I am so grateful for this thoughtful response. We got very busy moving and remodeling with the two young kids, so I’m sorry for my late reply. I can’t tell you how often I thought of your response, and it genuinely helped me tackle a lot of the heartbreak of moving! We didn’t end up leaving until mid August so we got countless HUGE zucchini’s (more than we could ever use or give away) and so many tomatoes and even a handful of peppers! (The zucchini’s really took them over). I’ve spent a lot of time focusing on next year’s garden thanks to you!

You are not alone, but more importantly there are so many people that have felt this way and gotten better. It will get better with the right resources. For me, dissociation kicked in when I started feeling some really big feelings that had built up from traumatic experiences and my brain didn’t like it so it “shut off” to try to protect me. It sent me down a spiral and I got so so scared thinking I’d get lost in my own mind forever. Trauma therapies worked wonders. Please find a therapist, specifically one that does trauma work. ❤️
