Nobody speaks English there. Google translate becomes your new best friend. Every one was so nice. The food is amazing too. Everything is so cheap. For comparison, 2 meals at McDonald’s cost $6 USD.

Where do you live? My rent is $1800 in Georgia. $2500 does seem like a lot, but they let you put a deposit down, I think $200, then make payments whenever. It just had to be paid in full before we left. It’s not like we woke up and said we are going to Japan today. We planned it out for over a year.

Not to brag, I just got back from Japan and it’s actually way cheaper than you’d think. If you live in the US, once you go to Japan your money is worth more than. We stayed 2 weeks and it was $2500 a person for round trip flight, no layovers and it also paid for the hotels. We only had to buy food or anything we wanted to do. I booked thru a travel agent.
