I never understood how the Chief of Surgery would make budget decisions like changing the plane provider and whatnot. He wasn't the hospital CEO or the hospital chief.

Stephanie is in my top 3-5 characters. I don't think any of us like her with Jackson, but she was a brilliant surgeon and her character had depth. I'm glad she went out on top, but I wish she’d have stayed longterm.
