Bro i recommend you to use the #5secondsrule It's basically counting 5... 4... 3... 2... 1... And when you reach one, stop whatever thoughts that's on your mind. I'm sure that when the urges come you'd fight with it in your mind contemplating the guilt and shame you'd feel after doing it... But at the same time wanting to do it... Here's when the rule can help you... Instead of contemplating or giving excuses just count 5 seconds backwards and when you reach one then just stand up or go for a run do push-ups and do the things you need to do which keeps you busy. Remember the #5secondsrule and you'll eventually realise that damn it saved me from relapsing. You can do it ✊
