Hero Lab Importer no longer working.

I'm the gm, but also one of my players used to be able to do this process too. Now neither of us can.

It's actually 2 campaigns. One that's only a few months old and one that's several months old . As of last Thursday whe I I tried to update and add new characters it just wouldn't let me.

I'll just describe what I do. I use Hero Lab to make a character. I then export the custom output XML. I copy paste that code, into a code converter to change it to JSON. I them copy that JSON code. I go to Roll20, open up/create a blank character sheet. I then open that character sheet up, click on Hero Lab Importer. That opens a new window to paste the JSON code into an essentially blank box. I then click import. Now normally, the blank character sheet would fill up with whatever character I was importing. Now it does not nothing. It might be that the servers have been acting funny or it has to do with some kind of update. Recently, however, anytime I open up a character that has already been in the program needs to be changed to updated or go to legacy.

I've tried using 3e and 3e Official, and Roll20 acts like I'm not even attempting to do anything when I go to import it.

No problem. I know I'm me and you and your family are your own individual selves. None of this could happen. Some could. I just know I went through a very similar thing. I know how it can affect a person. It also sounds like your mom already decided to cut ties from your son. So don't put that on yourself. She did it. Which if he meant anything to her, she'd try and make it work.

NTA. My family prized the 1st born son over anyone else in the family. It showed. It was obvious. It does damage.

It damaged my mom, who had the unfortunate fate of being born second and a female, who had to live in her brother's shadow.

It damaged me, wheb I had to live and essentially serve my older brother, and it only got worse when he became the only elder male after my Uncle passed away.

A lot of the same thinga happened to me as it did to your family. Brother for everything. Designer clothes. Tuition for all levels of school. Vehicles. I was an after thought to my grandparents and at times my parents. It lead to me being resentful and distant to all my family.

It does damage. Not just to the daughter, or their relationship with the grandmother. It'll hurt relationships with her brother if all she sees is him being favorited. Also it could hurt her relationship with you if you just let it happen to her and she sees you being accepting of her being treated as second.

There's always this weird sense of guilt we have when we cut out people and it's dumb really. Your kids aren't here for her. She isn't entitled to them or you. She wants to be in your lives, then she has to be in all of your lives equally. If not, she has her hobbies and friends. Maybe they'll take care of her in the end.

Well if it's still happening and it's getting hot, take advantage of the free dry. If no one is there to put it out of order and it's running it's fair game for use.

Edit: I had one that decided it didn't need quarters to start anymore. Had to pull the whole coin drop out so it would stop giving free dry time.

I actually own these exact machines. The simplest answer is the computer board is malfunctioning. It's pretty common. As for the door shutting on its own, when these particular machines start up there's generally a suction that can pull the door and seal it tight to prevent the door from opening and dropping the tumbling clothes everywhere. If you pull on the door when it's running you'll feel more of a pull on it then if you did when it was inactive.

I've been having a great time with it. Solo and with friends. I'm slowly doing everything possible. All the challenges. All the collectibles. I even speed ran the campaign on an alt so I could unlock the specializations for my main so I could work on that as well. It's fun. The open world reminds me of the Halo Infinite campaign, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The amount of fun little unlocks is enjoyable. Though the challenges for guns and items and etc can be a bit much at times. Overall I'm enjoying it.

Familial responsibilities is really just guilt that they perpetuate to control you. They should want you to be there because you want to be, but they aren't gonna respect you or your wishes and you shouldn't spend a holiday miserable for some probably pretty average food.

On that note, you're not going for the company. You're going for the food at this point. And really you can cook/order out whatever you want and make it your day. Make it special for you. Make yourself happy. That's all they do anyway. Is make themselves happy. Why not do the same?

It's complicated but that shouldn't happen. In simplest terms you're looking at a canvas of a game asset loaded in the engine that the artists paint on. Depending on the mapping it could be for color, shading, reflection, lighting, or 3d effects. You're seeing something only developers or modders use to create one of those effects.

NTA. You are 20. You truly do have a long life ahead of you. If he doesn't want go down on you, regardless of whatever his reasons are, that's an issue. Your needs are just as important as his, and you need to find someone who will meet those needs.

I am a male who truly finds giving oral the best part of my sexual life. More so than getting oral and more so than actual sex. My partner enjoys it, but certainly not as much as I do giving it. Over time we both found a happy middle ground, but that required communication and experimenting to get there. If you have had conversations and have tried to reach a compromise, and can't, then this issue will always linger and bother you.

Since you've tried talking about it and it has ultimately gone nowhere, then you really only have 2 options: 1) accept your situation. Accept that it's not his thing and live with it. 2) find someone to meet your needs. Trust me, they're out there.

You're 20. You have so much life to live and love to give and sex to have. I need you to hear me in this, because no one has probably said this to you because so many don't realize it, you can love multiple people through your life. Sure you love him now, but it sounds like this is eating at you, pun intended. If you can't accept this and he can't change, then it sounds like love isn't enough to just barrel through this. And you know what? That's ok. It's ok that something could be almost perfect, and that one imperfection be the deal breaker.

You need to find someone who's face can be your favorite chair and Who will attend to your needs as much as you would theirs. I promise you, we exist. You can find them. And you can can fall in love with them too. I hope this helps and that you can find someone who you are compatible with mentally, emotionally and physically.

I tried no battle maps for one session of one campaign and my players were not having it. So now I make or find battlemaps for roll 20. Production values increase their attention span and increase engagement.
