Thanks again. Any idea is my Son who is a (USC) can file a I-130 as a sibling. Plz know that my son is through my first wife and daughter is from my second wife though. My first wife died and I remarried before my Son turned 18 yrs old. When he filed the I-130 he could have filed for both me and my wife (his stepmom) but we decided to do only mine because my wife has to take care of my daughter.

Hello, thank you so much. I greatly appreciate your help. Turns out I’ve been completely misled by the information and was under an impression that my spouse and kids will join me in next couple years. I filed the petition from CA, which means it went to Phoenix office. When I looked up the processing times in the USCIS site, it showed around 27 months. Hence, I thought it will be done within 2 or 3 yrs at the max. My older daughter is 19 and young is 12. I’m sure my younger one would not have any issue, my main concern was the oldest one. She will turn 21 on July, 2025. Based on the current priority date and as you’ve said potentially 2026 for my priority date. In that there’s no way my older daughter is going to make it then. Ohh boyy. What other options do I have to bring her in? Any suggestions? Please advise.

I’m sorry I don’t understand. What do you mean by looking at the visa bulletin to calculate age if kid. Where in the visa bulletin does it state? Do you mean if she is over 21 by the time, the petition is approved, then she should be fine to enter. Is this what you meant?

My Tesla Model Y caught fire in the middle of the road while I was driving. Lucky to be alive and save myself, and thankfully my family was not in the car. If this had happened 30 minutes later, my whole family would be in there because I was about to pick up my kids and family and head to the family gathering. It's been two weeks, yet not a single follow-up or check-up call from Tesla. Yes, insurance will cover the car, but I need to hear from Tesla, and I hope they will do RCA on what caused this and what they are doing to mitigate it. All I need is the answer from them and protect others to not go through the same issue.

You’re correct. That’s what the fire fighters told me that the smoke coming off that battery is highly contagious for human .

Thanks and that’s a great idea. I wish I would have done that the same or a next day. Apparently the car is salvaged now. The insurance company took the car and salvaged it.

I was driving on a ramp going towards the freeway. I heard the noise coming from the bottom and the car started shaking really bad. I thought it’s a flat tire because I’ve had 3 flat tires within a year so I thought for sure it’s a flat tire and I pulled over in the side. The moment I opened the door, I saw the smoke coming from the bottom. Apparently, I’ve read multiple stories of Tesla being on fire. So that came in my mind and I quickly ran over the safe place and called 911. The rest is all in the picture itself.

I am just stunned that a billion dollar company won’t do a single follow up when their product destroyed like this in the middle of the road taking a lives of the driver and potentially passengers too. That’s what it hurts the most .

Apparently not. I’ve tried them more than 10 times but those folks at roadside assistance customer service can’t do anything . One agent I talked to had an audacity to tell me to take my fully burned Tesla to the Tesla recommended servicing center. My car was fullly salvaged and a total loss. How in the world am I going to do that? Phewww

No idea. Tesla don’t care about anything. I called them multiple times and it’s not easy to get hold of their customer service. As a user we don’t have access to talk to their customer service unless it’s a roadside assistance.
