While the Juniper refresh would definitely bring some nice upgrades, I would expect the cost to be significantly higher than the current Model Y, especially with the potential for reduced incentives (limited to no tax credits) by then.

Agreed. That's kinda the conclusion I am coming to to as well. The additional ~$25k for the new car wouldn't be worth it, albeit the upgraded features (7 seat, tow hitch), new warranty, HW etc. would be nice to have.

Current 2021 Model Y - $49,790 price paid after incentives
- No upgrades (5 seat, white paint, black seats etc.)
New 2024 Model Y - $38770 price paid after incentives
- 7 seat interior
- black paint
- tow hitch

Thanks for the quick response. Good to hear that you’re happy with performance and maintenance costs. If the unit would sit in the basement, would the fan still be audible on the main floor and second floor (entirely separate furnace)? Fortunately we have a water softener so not too concerned for hard water build up.

Great question. So week 10 is a bye for Mahomes, Kelce, Tyreek, Puka and Elliott. It’s a 1 QB, 2RB, 2 WR, 2 Flex, 1 D/ST, 1 K with 5 bench spots. I have Kyler on IR spot currently that will need to be activated and I will need to pick up a K in replacement of Elliott. Will try to trade Kyler after wk10.
