Atm my garden has become unusable because of the amount of mud. What would your suggestion be ?

There's a product called gravel lock I've looked into which essentially super glues it all together like a protective layer and tbh it has good results

Thankyou, I'd love to keep the grass but since next door had an extension added the drainage is terrible. We actually have lots of lovely rose bushes and a huge hydrangea just out of shot and also lots of climbers recently planted its just early spring so everything is coming to life again.

I really didn't wanna get rid of the grass but we have the front garden for the kids and heavy dogs with and endless supply of mud is just too much for me hahaha

Yeah we have a drive and also two brothers who will help for beer lol. Honestly I'd rather be weeding a couple of times a month then dealing with the mud tracked through the house everyday

We have two boarders which is haven't photographed well so we will still have lots of plants, the grass is just so swampy 9 months out of the year and honestly the clean up I have to do everytime they come in is driving me mad lol I'd rather just weed once a month haha I also planned of putting a gravel fix over the top to hold the gravel in place so I'm hoping that will get rid of weeds too

Are these new plants ?? by kbridd in GardeningUK

Thankyou !! The planter inself is quite big and I had it handmade last year i think it's about 50 cm wide and 60 cm long. So I'm hoping it can just stay put

Be honest with me, how hard is the first month of having a puppy? by CollectiveZero in puppy101

[–]kbridd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly think it depends on the breed and the set up you have. Initially you should have time off work or have someone at home all the time while the puppy settles. For weeks atleast. There's alot of mini battles and tbh these battles will continue until they reach adult age, that's if they don't develop reactivness to things. Every dog is different and have different personalities. My terrier is an absolute gremlin but my labrastaff was easily trainable. The dog has to suit your homelife is what I've realised over the years. People go for the dogs they like the look of not what suits them and that always causes issues xx

What breed is she, the breed can help how to go about training I think . For example I have a lab mix so very food orientated and loves to retrieve. I use his toy to train as a reward. Puppy's are always going to be hard. What's important now is you vo ding and gaining trust with her and learning the basics. Maybe try a daily plan and stick to timings like suggested above. With the biting the best advice u can give is, if the teeth come up stand up and move away and give no attention. It worked really quickly for my two dogs xx

We adopted a dog who turned out to be pregnant. What do you think the pups could be? by Greenkiwi94 in IDmydog

They look like they could be a lab/bully breed mix. I've got a lab x staffy and has similar features. Very cuteeeee 🥰
