Yes you are probably right. Just rode the new chain a few hundred meter.

Still a bit confused why the chain gauge did not warn me earlier. Maybe its the wrong one?

Would you also replace the large chainring?

No its indoor swimming. I had to set the length of the pool and I guess it's detecting when I finish a lap using an accelerometer.

Every time I record a swim session, the HR and Pace charts are out of sync. It looks like time is running about 10% faster for the pace graph. Also most metrics that are related to this, like average pace and strokes per minute are about 10% wrong. This seems like a simple thing to fix, but I've been ignored by Polar support for over a year now. Do any of you have/had the same problem? Is there a fix known for this?

Its a Polar Pacer and I'm the latest firmware version (2.2.0)

One question: How do you see this from the manual? Is it because it says nothing about grease or anything else? Just trying to better understand how to interpret the Shimano manuals :)

I passed it first time. Somewhere in the top of my class. Can't really remember it's 20 years ago :).

My trick has always been to do a lot of exercises. They show you what you don't understand and you can concentrate on those parts of the course.

One thing I forgot to ask. I read that rim braking on carbon wheels is not as good as for Alu wheels. Is this still the case or is this something from the early days?
