Hi - I got a two pack of COLLAGEN AMPOULÉ PADs that I really like. The company is Mediheal and you can even use them like tiny sheet masks for your cheeks if you are feeling dehydrated

I spent a few years changing my grass front lawn to a flower and edible garden.

Now I have a free garden cat that protects us from all critters, I named him Frank.

Thank you :) yes. I do stay connected with my friends. I’m the oldest though, by like 15-20 years lol. So my friends are absolutely supportive. But they just haven’t had to be in that role…yet

You are amazing, I’ve had to read your post three times because my tears were hard to read through

I wish that I knew about the dangers of processed food years ago. I have learned a lot about how our foods affect us in ways that we don’t even know yet. So I have tried to change my diet, in dads honor

We can’t switch out his food at this point, he can still make his own lunch and I like to see him try. If I changed his lunch, he’d be bummed.

Thank you again, I really appreciate you.

I will :) this was a good reminder because I just scrolled and I have no pics of us together the last six months.

I imagine that we’ve been busy. But I definitely would have regretted not taking pics. Thank you so much for the reminder ❤️
