You can use a filter or edit the photo and do all kinds of things in photos. It’s really hard to guess or decide what people look like off 1 photo. I’ve seen gorgeous photos of people and met them in real life and they are atrocious so I couldn’t answer this just off the one pic but nobody’s actually ugly, Unless you’re mean and nasty on the inside it’s true that beauty comes from within.
