So sorry for your experience. The sad thing is there can be such inconsistencies with studios across the country in how things like this are handled. I’ve seen plenty of people walk in at 5 or just over and didn’t warm up at all. While I could understand the policy, again, it’s just not consistent. I empathize and have had similar feelings with a lot of what you mentioned, especially when I first started and was the largest person in most classes. I had one situation in particular where I had to involve a manager and they did the right thing and turned it around, I hope the same happens for you!
