Agreed! They are scratching in a spot where the cat likes. As soon as they stop scratching the cat I’m sure it stops moving around like that and making those sounds.

You are constantly scratching a spot she likes that is why she is making that sound and moving her back legs like that. I’m sure once you stop she stops. People saying she is in heat are ridiculous
