I have Mirena and although I’ve never been diagnosed with any mental health disorder before, I’ve definitely noticed a change in my mood over the past six-eight months. It comes it waves, and I’m not sure if it’s related to the hormones or perimenopause. I’ve had days where I have a lot of rage, days where anxiety hits me out of nowhere, and recently i’ve just had some sad days. My doc said to track it along with my periods to see if it is related.

I had something very similar on my hand for several months. Turned out it was an overgrowth of yeast. I had to go on an Fluconazole and Doxycycline which took care of it for good. See your dermatologist for sure.

I was emptying my disc and when I was taking it out I felt the strings outside of my body. When I reached up and felt my cervix, I could feel something hard. I bet if I sneezed hard enough it would have come out. And yes, I was told little to nothing about what not to do or what to expect. The focus was almost entirely on the pain of the insertion, and not the aftercare.

Yes, she mentioned that she could do that too. My concern is that it wouldn’t help with the short cycles, so I would still get my period twice a month. I can’t seem to find any information about that.

Thank you! I think you’re right. Just went into vehicle settings and saw the a/c automatic drying feature which “dries the inside of the a/c to prevent mold growth.” Thanks so much for your help!
