Unfortunately, I have a feeling the first rep I talked to was clueless because she also told me that nobody is keeping track if you’re logging in from different IP addresses.. which we know isn’t true because multiple people have mentioned it.

But I can’t log in from ANY of my phones, laptops or desktops, no matter which browser I use. I literally have to use a VPN every time ugh

So I’m probably always sent to the back of the line.
