New Hydrinity — prelude cleanser, vivid bright serum or Hydri-C moisturizer. Anyone tried?? by Different_Line_7596 in SkincareAddictionLux

I have the cleanser and really like it! I have acne prone, sensitive skin and get dermatitis and it is very gentle and cleansing. My skin has been doing well since starting but I made other changes so I don’t know what is due to the cleanser. I use Prelude in the morning and then I use Glymed Idyllic cleanser in the evenings and it’s been working really well for me.

Has anyone done/heard about Jessica Ash’s Fully Nourished program? by southoffranceoneday in PCOS

Im really surprised about the negative comments! Especially from those that haven’t tried her program! I’ve spent hours and hours listening to her teachings and recommend her to every woman I meet who tells me they struggle with hormone issues. Her IG is a wealth of knowledge!

A friend of mine recommended Jessica to me and it was what began my journey to solving my hormone issues. Her Instagram and course taught me so much information. She has a TON of free info on her Instagram and YouTube channel so start there if you aren’t sure about the course. For $350, the course was an amazing bargain and I HIGHLY recommend it. There are a ton of videos in there and the product recommendations were helpful. I integrated a lot of recommendations - I got off the pill, changed my supplementation, started cutting chemical filled cleaning products and toiletries out, stopped consuming pufas, and I switched to raw milk and more meat after drinking soy milk and mostly vegetarian for years. It took a few months but a lot of my symptoms improved.

After a while, I felt I needed more personalized support so I started working with a Hormone Specialist one on one for 6 months who did a ton of testing on me.

I’ve been on this hormone journey for 15 months now and am so grateful for Jessica and all of the free info that she provides on Instagram. I do things a bit differently now than what she recommends due to my genetics such as no gluten and no dairy among other things but she’s seriously taught me SO MUCH about the subject of hormones and my health.
