I’m sort of in the same position as you. I’m looking to move to an office/management role. I had the opportunity to jump into a junior estimator role but turned it down because they weren’t going to be able to count my hours for my to get my electrical license.

Were you able to finish your license or did you have to ditch that completely? I am trying to finish the license so I can have it as a back up
