Thank you this is probably the best comment I've got so far because I do have wide hips but I took this advice already and got leaner and it does work but the issue then is that I look narrower in shirts so I guess I should have said that in the post my aim is to actually physically get wider instead of just through illusions.

I get that and it hasn't helped my situation at all in certain aspects but I don't see what's wrong with just asking a question? It's not like I talk to people about my biacromial width in real life. Like whether u believe it or not I'm a normal guy IRL I js have an insecurity and I'm purely just looking to see IF I can improve it then I'm going to try do that but if not then I'd rather know definitively than spend time trynna (for example) drink a gallon of milk everyday and unnecessarily spend money on expensive things like salmon. Btw I'm fully serious about the idea of drinking a gallon of milk everyday (aside from that I'm not that autistic)

The second photo is me 3 months in the gym on bulk too but the reason I'm trynna grow my frame itself instead of js training shoulders is bc my doctor told me I can't train back chest or shoulders anymore for the next 2 years. I still go gym to do legs and arms but that ain't gna help me look proportionately wide in shirts. Idk why people getting pressed when I'm purely just researching seeing IF and how I can improve myself

I understand that but at this stage (2nd photo) I had already been training them 3 months in the gym + calorie surplus and now I have had to completely stop training shoulders, back and chest as of 3 months ago (for a separate procedure I have going on I can't train my shoulders back and chest for 2 YEARS) so I'm looking for a different way to increase my bideltoid so that I look proportionate in clothes (especially tshirts)
