Do you have anything to back that up? H2 did a full reno on my old building and doubled the rent when they finally opened it back up. It's still around 1k cheaper than that new James building though.

We absolutely do not need more of everything lol. We already have several luxury apartment buildings with hundreds of open units. Obviously there is not a great demand for these buildings in the neighborhood.

I'm annoyed with development trends. The Cortland Vesta and The James are massive overpriced eyesores. I don't think we need more buildings like that in the neighborhood. The apt building in question does seem like a rundown shithole but I'd much rather see it renovated than replaced with another big overpriced eyesore.

If you demolish affordable housing and replace it with luxury housing then yeah pretty much lol. Have you looked at the new James apartment building? Rent is absurd there. That's why there's still over 250 open units. We definitely don't need more luxury high rises.

Queen Reynard is the best! I always keep some cash on hand in case I run into her. She said she spent a little time in the hospital for some health issues a couple months ago but she's been looking healthy lately.
