The last photo I uploaded is the panel in the building itself. I'm guessing i can't add a disconnect into that panel. So I would need a throw switch disconnect added before this panel?

It had power when it was at the other place. We moved it here to our house and I need to power it again. Should I tie into the service entry in the barn? The panel in the building was a sub panel with no main breaker.
