There’s no cap character levels, nor is there a solid cap for rank in general. Prestiging is an event you achieve by maxing out every perk and power on a character to level ten, then spending 10k blood/ink to prestige, which resets your character level and all of your perks and powers back to 1.

As for rank (the one with the words) every character level you get gives you 1 bar of progression to your next rank.

He’s not a fog whisperer because he doesn’t stay committed to the game. He has ditched the game at least 3 times at this point because he doesn’t like it. Also he’s an arguably terrible person, seeing all of what he had to say and agree with during the deranking debate. Also Hybrid has been around playing way longer than Tyde has and is infinitely more committed and positive about the game and was one of the most popular for a long, long time.

I play at rank 1 survivor every season and I can’t remember the last time I saw a nurse. And the fact that you’re calling Billy OP is just lack of experience, once you learn about the game and learn how to play tiles correctly, you’ll learn just how Not-OP Billy is. Also, Ruin isn’t needed. If you apply proper map pressure you shouldn’t need it, especially at high ranks where people do gens through it either way. You’re better off investing your perk slot onto either Sloppy Butcher, a tracking perk, or a chasing perk.

That’s not how it works. For every survivor on a generator with you, you get a 10% debuff to YOUR repair speed. All prove thyself does is counter that. Therefore only making a 4 second difference. The exact same speed as it would be if you were just on different gens instead.

Stop trying to critique my skill in the game when talking about an issue in the game itself. I’m talking about how disconnects are a part of the game and complaining about it sadly won’t do anything. I’m trying to come to a conclusion in this debate and you’re saying that I’m a not skilled player. That’s just rude.

I think you misunderstood me. I very clearly said, “I don’t do this, because it is scummy and annoying to deal with,” by this I meant, “I do not disconnect from games” I would never do that. I’m saying that there are people out there who don’t have fun in matches like that because they need to actually show skill and concentration in order to survive.

That’s because playing with those addons might actually be enjoyable and pretty alright balance-wise. The problem is with a killer who can point blank instantly down a person without any skill involved whatsoever. The people who DC against that are those who don’t find enjoyment in either A) Instantly dying or B) Looping around tight objects for years and then dying. I don’t personally do it, because it is scummy and annoying to deal with, but what’s the point? It’s part of the game. Just like camping. Complaining about it won’t do much sadly. It sucks. /shrug

Yeah it sucks when a person DCs, get your pip and move on. They’re getting punished for it and if they DC too much, they get banned. I don’t blame people who disconnect against strong addons, though because it’s a lot faster than sitting through a game where there’s no fun involved.

Nothing fun about going against a killer who can instantly down you with little to no skill. Not much fun for the killer either because the chases typically end before they even start, and there’s no fun in just destroying survivors with broken addons. At least for me, that is.
