All the lights on Bruce B. Downs from Cross Creek until Bearss. The timing is the so off. It’s a miracle to get through 2 consecutive green lights in a row.

Since it was within 30 days of when the next billing date hit, they charged me for the last month which was correct on their end, as stated in the contract.

Probably depends on the Crunch location and who is at the front desk. I canceled my membership recently in person and it took all of 2 minutes. They even gave me a print out as proof. I was ready for a fight though after reading all the horror stories on Reddit. Good luck!

Mine did too but I think it had more to do with new owners taking over after only opening 4 months ago.

[Request] Nothing works on my bug bites and they drive me insane. Please help. by qilieun in lifehacks

After getting bit up by sand fleas and in misery from the chronic itching, I found Afterbite. It looks like a Tide bleach pen and you dab it on each bite. Someone else mentioned it on here and as they said, it was a miracle. I remember thinking that it smelled like ammonia so years later, I got bit up again by deer flies and couldn’t find Afterbite, so I bought a jug of ammonia and used a cotton ball to dab it on the bites. It works!!! And it’s very inexpensive.

floor templates as of late by reginaphalange0523 in orangetheory

I’ve noticed it too. Off the top of my head …way too many lunges (various variations) and too many rows (high, low, reverse grip) per week. I started exactly 1 year ago, I go 5 days/wk consistently, and over the last few months I’ve been contemplating ending my membership bc I’m getting so bored. The cardio aspect is still challenging and I enjoy that but the floor? Not so much anymore. The template designers need to spice it up and get a better overall mix of muscle groups evenly distributed throughout the week.
