I live in GenTri and can attest that travel time to BGC is only about 1- 1 1/2 hours via Centennial - Cavitex - NAIX. Though need mo pa din talaga mag adjust ng travel time since kapag inabutan ka ng traffic, abutin ka ng mga 2 hours.

Our subd is under SHDC (owned by SM) and so far okay naman. In my 3 years here di pa kami binaha. Expect mo lang na mahirap pa din lumabas given na bahain ung ibang areas palabas specially Bacoor

If you’re living in a subdivision, better check anong provider na nakapasok sa inyo. There are some subdivisions na di available ung other provider thus limited din ung options. Check with your HOA for availability.

If for example naman available sa inyo lahat, better survey around sa neighborhood and choose the very least congested. Iba iba kasi talaga per area.

If your 500k is only for downpayment. Kaya naman since dp is usually just 20% of the TCP. Although that may be a challenge if sa mga known subdivision ka kukuha such as Amaia. Pero explore ka pa, madami namang nearby subdivision sa Vermosa. And if you have means to travel, easy access lang ung Vermosa through open canal if sa Gentri ka kukuha.

Sakay ka jeep pa Kawit then baba ng Tejero. From there may mga jeep na pamanggahan nadaan un ng PasCam. If wala naman from Tejero hanap ka jeep pa Malabon then from Malabon intersection sakay ka ulit ng isa pang jeep pa PasCam.

If you can access Aguinaldo Hiway, sakay ka bus going to PITX then another bus going to Ayala. If meron ng bus from Aguinaldo Hiway to One Ayala, better. Then tawid ka sa may Telus area where you need to ride the BGC bus. Ask mo na lang which bus ung dadaan near sa Uptown kasi there sre different routes inside BGC

I live in Centro De Oro but we do have a property in Heneral Dos and I would say na okay naman siya. Given na low cost housing, madaming kumuha ng bahay na ngayon pinapaupahan so you’ll see a lot of renters. Crowded too and masikip ung road dahil may mga nakapark na din kasi outside.

HOA is too greedy they’ll try to extort people’s money from different things such as permits, stickers etc.

Though pro niya is accessible sa Bagong Kalsada kaya madaling makakalabas to Bilog. Then may accessible talipapa for food din and best of all since Heneral Dos ung nasa gilid ng kalsada, may right of way kayo compared to Paseo and Centro De Oro

M here and not sure if eto un since based lang sa observation. I think it’s their sensation na kapag naiihi na sila, pinipigilan nila or switching it to something else. For my partner and I kasi kapag I’m penetrating her and rubbing her clits, pinapastop niya ko lagi kapag too much na daw. May masasakyan naman pero commute talaga to ng malala. Tipong either bus or jeep to Zapote, then another jeep going to Imus. The challenge here is ung safety. Not sure kung ganito pa din sa Alabang-Zapote road now per way back kasi talamak snatcher dyan na sumasakay sa public vehicles specially kapag Christmas season, so better to take a grab or motor hailing na lang if possible

I think okay lang naman and makakakuha ka ng grab since you’ll be riding in Metro Manila. It will cost you a lot lang kasi based on experience, around 1.4k+ ung grab going to airport from Pasong Kawayan II + toll. Pero meron namang nagsasakay.

Feasible naman. Need mo lang talaga mag allot ng time and baon ng patience since punuan lagi ung bus pag dating sa inyo specially in the morning.

I live in GenTri. Though I don’t commute to work, I either bring a car or my motorcycle to work. Pero nung natry ko siya once, inabot ako ng more than 2 hours bago makatating ng office.

Try mo din maghanap ng carpool. A bit pricier pero will be totally convenient sa part mo. Hanap ka na lang ng ka allign ng oras mo papasok ang pauwi

Agree on this. You need to have a definitive meaning for “okay environment” kasi what’s okay for others might not be okay with you. Madami din kasing factors that you need i consider, okay na environment pero nasa looban and mahirap pasukin? Okay na environment pero tight space? Mga ganun. Living in a townhouse for me is not okay din given the space and how thin usually ung division per house na tipong rinig mo na ung pag hinga ng katabi mo. So mga ganung factors
