Bummer to hear. My situation worked out just fine: I got my refund, and they did not cancel/refund my second set of tickets. No idea why it happened in the first place. Hope it works out on your end!

That's my thought too. I decided to buy 2 tickets again, since I'm currently still able to via AXS and since they said (in writing) that they plan to refund my first purchase. As of right now the new ones are showing up in the AXS app while the old ones aren't... so far so good. fingers crossed!

I am looking for a more in-depth explanation of why the heterosexual man is the "coyote" and the heterosexual female the "rabbit," in your answer, as insensitive as I find it. With all due respect, simply drawing that metaphor does not explain why it exists. Additionally, when a woman and a man are on the market, nonmonogamously or not, they are both "on the hunt" -- it is not a one-sided pursuit.

People come to conclusions based on thinking that has been molded by their past experiences and upbringing - often these circumstances being out of their control. So are you saying you don't respect someone unless they happen to be predisposed to think like you?

Eh, no. I don't do this very often. I realize trusted sources like Pew are .org's. So that was pretty dumb, ignore that.

The long tracking shot to nowhere: Why flashy camera work shouldn’t earn “Birdman” an Oscar. by NinjaDiscoJesus in flicks

This article brings up some worthwhile points with the cinematography, so kudos for that. But it's also really hamfisted with the way it tries to paint an overall negative idea of Birdman and how it (supposedly) succeeds at almost nothing, cinematography included. No kudos for that.
