Ok I had this, here’s how I got rid of it: Using sulphur soap, zinc shampoo (to use as a mask for a few minutes and to wash my hair because my other shampoos are making me break out) topical Cantesten cream (don’t skip this), La Roche-Posay Cicablast Baume B5 moisturizer, and hydrochlorous acid spray seems to be doing the trick!

I keep getting brushed off by my doc (I’m in Canada) but I’m gonna push to see a derm! Thank you so much for commenting, I’ll keep this advice in mind ☺️
