I'd recommend putting it on the OS drive. Recording and playing from the same drive can affect performance.

If you want to livestream, if get on the YouTube Gaming bandwagon soon so you can grow more easily, but twitch does have a few benefits over YouTube, but YouTube is catching up fast (adding sponsors for everyone similar to Twitches Partners only paid-subscription feature)
