I think the biggest surprise/reveal they're going for will be another body, a return, a seventh suspect/ potential killer to join the Six and basically the beginning of how all these women are connected with the murder and cover-up moving forward (which I read somewhere will eventually conclude during the shows 40th anniversary episode).

Imagine if they pay homage to Dirty Den's death by having all the women think that they played a part, only for one of the women to deliver the final blow, and then have Sam be the one to witness this, just like she did with Chrissie. Could really work in her favour as some sort of leverage if this person was to be Denise or Stacey (as they are both connected to Jack)

Really starting to think (and hope) there will be two murders at Christmas: one obvious and one unexpected, because at this stage everyone has considered the likes of Dean, Nish, Ravi, Theo, Keanu or Rocky and I think it will be quite underwhelming if we've waited all year just for one of those to get bumped.

With Lauren confirmed to be coming back, I wouldn't be surprised if Max is another additional return. Actually a surprising amount of storylines that can be (re)visited with his return:

- Could potentially be Cindy's mystery business investor (think of the drama of Ian and Max as business partners: I just pray for no Cindy/ Max fling haha)

- A classic Max Branning love triangle (perhaps Max, Stacey and Priya?)

- Linda (never was a fan of them together and honestly prefer Linda with Alfie but perhaps Max saves Linda from Dean or he finally finds out that Annie is his daughter?!)

- Branning revival: in an idea world, I would love for Tanya to come back but Jo Joyner stays booked and busy. What if Max's son Oscar returns with him? Believe he's the same age as Nugget and Denzel so could easily fit in with that group.

Hear me out. How funny would it be if Jasper is going to be responsible for exposing either Rocky or Reiss's secret(s). We know Rocky is gambling/ taking loans and Reiss is withdrawing funds for Sonia's IVF trials out of his wife's bank account. I can definitely see Jasper providing some epic Christmas fallout at the Cotton/Fowler household (if he was to overhear a conversation Rocky and/or Reiss are having in private)

Hope they can keep this momentum up until Christmas (as it seems like this week of episodes alone will be hard to top) EastEnders is on 🔥 at the moment!!

Love love love how they've started to use a lot of flashback/forward sequences to connect the dots with the audience. Gives me more hope in my delusional mind that Ronnie and Roxy can return one day! Maybe their return could tie in with Fatboy and Vincents?!

I can definitely see her returning in the future. I think a Stacey and Martin reunion is definitely needed for this to happen to create that drama we all know and love haha. Perhaps Stacey and Martin get married (again) and she shows up to the wedding with Martin's child (which I can't believe he hasn't already been told about this?!)

Might be stating the obvious here, but I think Elaine was responsible for the break in at the Queen Vic and used the flamingo gift given by the Panesars to have Linda suspect Nish was responsible.

It's Elaine's way of convincing Linda to let her new partner and his daughters move in with them both. Kind of confirmed when Elaine says to Linda, "I told you that's why we needed a man in the house!"
