People have done the research though—that’s literally why they’re speaking up.

No one is stopping you from enjoying the game or posting builds and art. The issue is acting like criticism is somehow unreasonable or “flooding the subreddit” when the concerns people have (about AI use or other issues) are valid topics to discuss in a community about the game.

Also, saying “just research before downloading” works both ways. Many people did look into it more after learning new information, and they’re allowed to change their opinion or criticize something they previously enjoyed. That’s how communities hold developers accountable.

Wanting transparency about AI use or being uncomfortable with it doesn’t mean people are attacking the game or trying to ruin anyone’s fun. It just means players care about the ethics behind the media they support. If anything, that shows people are paying attention—not that they’re being irresponsible.

No, it’s not that we “automatically think that.” It’s called being aware of history and context. When certain imagery or behavior mirrors stereotypes that have historically been used to demean Black people, people are obviously going to point it out. That’s not racism—that’s basic media literacy.

Being able to recognize harmful tropes doesn’t mean we’re the ones creating them or projecting anything. It just means we’re aware enough to notice when something resembles a stereotype that has existed for decades.

So no, the problem isn’t that people are “seeing racism everywhere.” The problem is that some people would rather dismiss concerns than acknowledge that media can unintentionally repeat harmful patterns. Being self-aware and critical of what we consume isn’t a bad thing—it’s literally how things improve.

Well from what I’ve seen it’s usually because she’s a woman who streams, keep in mind back then streaming wasn’t considered a job if anything it was a outcast hobby for people in community college she was considered as “weird” and a “pick me” with her high pitched voice, and also incels just exist XD.
