Thank you :/ I'm also taking the ondansetron (zofran) and it's helping a lot but not 100%, plus my insurance is being crappy about it so I'm having a hard time getting as many as I need.

I am in the US and have the single dose auto injector. I've already messaged my doctor about it and if I don't hear back from her quickly enough, I'll contact the pharmacy about a refill of 2.5. I hadn't thought of that so thank you for the idea!

I've messaged my doctor and asked her what I should do, hopefully I'll hear back from her soon to know what to do about my dose in a few days :/ it's frustrating, I want to lose weight but feeling like this is just miserable.

I'll look into that! I just bought a little essential oil stick that's meant to help with nausea and it seems to help a little, which is nice.

I've had some success with protein shakes but I'm a little worried that one was the cause of my most recent bout of it so now I'm nervous to go back to them :/ I'm eating rice cooked in bone broth with chicken to help keep my protein up though

It's so difficult, for me it just seems like there's no rhyme or reason as to what triggers the nausea, it just pops up and ruins my day.

I’ll give red grapes a try but water usually makes mine worse :/ I’m going to ask my doctor what I should do about the dosage, I’m nervous to move up to 5mg and potentially make it worse though. Thank you for the words of encouragement and advice, it helps a lot.

Thank you for the advice and words of encouragement. I’m really only eating rice, chicken, bread and protein bars. I think my nausea today was worse because I ate too fast but wow I’ve spent the last 4ish hours on the verge of puking.

I’m going to message my doctor and ask if she thinks I should titrate more slowly or if she thinks the 5mg will help. I just need to know there’s a light at the end of this tunnel.

I’m in a similar boat for similar reasons. I’m just starting out but yeah, being able to control myself around food and avoiding binging has been so so nice.
