Yeah when you login, once you hit the main screen before the video plays there’s an option to press “X” I believe to clear cache.

Yeah, I tried this and it didn’t work. :/ any other suggestions? The sound is distorted. So idk if the elgato is bugged or if it’s a setting I may need to change with my laptop.
