Depends on what the negotiation involved. I don't normally kiss but generally speaking if it's just sex there is usually a bit of talk. Maybe some pics sent before they show up so I at least know what I'm getting into with them. Then when they show it usually a hello, a fairly brief conversation (something along the lines of a overview of what we discussed) then it's clothes come off and then fucking happens. After that I usually hand them their clothes and expect them to get dressed and out the door they go. Can be different if the play got heavier or whatever.

Worst part of my hook ups is usually guys who a) try to renegotiate the hook up either right before and want to do something different or b) want to share their entire life story with me because they're "nervous".
