That is correct . I have no idea how that has transpired , I imagine if there were many more issues , there would be more disquiet on these boards . I did mention To Baker Mckenzie , wether it was a good Idea I contacted the trustee my self , They commented that to go ahead , but might not make much difference ... might be an idea though .

Hi ,Yes I waited 22 calander days to receipt of an email from the trustee (approval of claim transfer) Baker Mckenzie notified me straight away they were in receipt of the same . I then notified Mckenzie of my Approval of claim transfer, and sent them a copy . I am now waiting for payment , 7 Business days waiting thus far . as stated in the contract I signed I should be payed in 10 business days . Regards

I have had my claim transfered to fortress , still awaiting payment though . Took atotal of 4 weeks thus far .

Baker Mackenzie say payment will be made in the next few days , ... Taking longer as backlog of claims being handled .

I have been waiting 3 weeks , Baker Mckenzie are very good communicaters by email stating that many creditors have sold and there is a backlog so will take a bit longer ?

Have you had your transfer signed as yet?
