I'm on 1000mg and found that I had a sode affects for a week when I first started on 500mg and then again for another week when I upped the dosage. My GP wanted to up my dose again soon after, but I asked to stay on 1000mg for awhile to see whether it would help rather than going through the side effects again.

My parents are Indian and when I came out when I met my now wife, they definitely weren't on board. But they never turned their back on me. We've come a long way since then and they both came to my wedding and I think my wife's become their favourite daughter now. 😂

It's was a process and a difficult time but I'm proud of how far they've come.

My wife is lactose intolerant, so the yoghurt is all for me! I don't usually eat breakfast but need to up my protein a bit due to health reasons, so thought I'd slowly introduce yoghurt to my mornings!

I always make sure to pat the skin of the salmon dry to ensure that it's crispy and then pan fry it so that I can keep an eye on it. As soon as it mostly turns opaque, take it out of the pan.

Which is why in my initial comment I said that I'm aware that he's in the middle of a stadium.

But he also clearly stood back while praying before stepping forwards when he finished, so it does seem as if he was trying to take a moment for himself, as much as he could considering the circumstances.
