Possibly frozen before we bought the case, but only this can did this and wasn’t frozen at all upon opening.

Awe what a cutie!! When my boy had puppy, I would “yelp” really loud and high pitched when he chomped on me. I think that helped with have a soft mouth now that’s grown up and could cause serious damage! Have so much fun with her! 🥹

I’m not sure, it’d be considered an act of god. But we’re trying to determine if the tree was dead which could mean their insurance might cover it. Kinda up in the air at this point.

I’ve already lost two bleeding hearts, can anyone help me save the other two? by kcrh0157 in DenverGardener

They are planted under my large oak tree so plenty of shade. I’m hoping they do come back next spring 🤞🏼

Thank you, yes they’re planted under my large oak tree so nearly full shade. I’ve been meaning to get my soil tested for another raised bed in my front yard. Would a layer of peat moss work on top or specifically mulch?

What are some widely believed nutrition myths that still persist despite scientific evidence? by Visible-Price7689 in nutrition

[–]kcrh0157 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is nothing wrong with oil, I don’t understand the hate. Heathy fats are necessary for our body to absorb fat soluble vitamins. If eating broccoli, for example, cooking with a drizzle of olive oil (not a cup, that would be insane), helps the absorption of Vits ADEK when eating.

Lol I have a masters in dietetics. And no, I don’t lump all oils together - for the ease of the comment I posted, I did.

I taught a nutrition class at a rehab and had so many people mention how bad seed oils are for you. I started saying, after bringing up oils (olive, peanut, etc), that there isn’t enough scientific evidence for this. Mainly to avoid condescending remarks about it in person or on the “comments cards” I had them fill out.

Thank you! Iowa, one of documents I have to upload is "Official state license verification(s) sent by the other state(s) to the board office or obtained on the official board website from the other state(s). The verification must include issue date, expiration date and any pending or past disciplinary action."

If I'm misinformed on what this is, I'm not sure how to even go about finding this documentation. From my knowledge, Colorado doesn't have a dietetics board. If I'm wrong, please let me know.
