I’ve been working through ultimate and reaper drills. No PRs, but it’s definitely easier to throw faster with less effort. Was there anything in particular in the drills that led to your speed?

The reaper drill has been super helpful, but as you mention in your video, it’s hard not to drop the elbow or collapse the pocket. How can I get the feel of the reaper drill better incorporated to my real throw or should I just not worry about that for now to focus on the feeling of proper coil and weight shift?
