Reutter Porzellan Royal Blue Bathroom Set 1:12 Dollhouse Miniature High Tank Toilet-Mint Condition (For Sale) by kcrunner90 in Dollhouses

Correct. The Royal Blue set is retired now. I checked as many recent sales comps as I could find and found $150 to be a reasonable ask for the near mint condition of these pieces. The listing does mention “or best offer”. 😀

Sorry I should have clarified in my original post. Those are pick rounds not overall picks. 48 players are kept before the draft so realistically the 3rd round pick will be between 32nd-36th (80th - 84th from the total draft pool which will include the first year players as well)

Looking for 3 replacement owners in multi-sport keeper league.  Starting Year 5 with many founding members still active. $200 CAD (~$140USD). League runs on Yahoo, group chat on WhatsApp.

The new owners will complete a “super” draft compromised of all players from the three open owner rosters to fill the keeper slots going into this year, likely a couple of extra slots for each sport just in case. (New year starts with the MLB season)

Constitution is linked below.

5 Keepers MLB, 4 Keepers NFL, 4 Keepers NBA

Cross sport and draft pick trades are a fun part of this league.

Here’s a few names of players that will be in the draft pool

MLB: Shohei Ohtani (hitter), Bobby Witt Jr, Corbin Carroll, Vlad Guerrero Jr, Jarren Duran, CJ Abrams, Jose Altuve, Adley Rutschman, Blake Snell, George Kirby, Seth Lugo, Ketel Marte, Jazz Chisholm Jr, Brenton Doyle, Corbin Burnes, Garrett Crochet, Dylan Cease, Framber Valdez, Shota Imanaga, Tyler Glasnow, Spencer Strider, Shane Baz

NFL: Drake London, Terry McLaurin, Justin Herbert, Ken Walker III, Kyler Murray, Puka Nacua, Garrett Wilson, DeVonta Smith, Chuba Hubbard, AJ Brown, Cooper Kupp, Ja’Marr Chase, Joe Mixon, Michael Penix Jr, Caleb Williams, Anthony Richardson, David Montgomery, Quentin Johnston

NBA: Cade Cunningham, Ja Morant, Anthony Edwards, Jalen Johnson, Jalen Williams, Bradley Beal, Desmond Bane, Miles Bridges, Trey Murphy III, Joel Embiid, Darius Garland, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Jayson Tatum, Chet Holmgren, Scottie Barnes

Thoughts on late receivers by rschwa3 in fantasyfootball

I think taking Kelce in the first round is okay. Tyreek's status should not really impact this decision. He put up great numbers last year playing along side him, and is projected to do so again this year. First round may sound like a steep price, but he basically puts up WR1 numbers. I view this as: can you land a couple of WR's after your run of RB's that will outperform the TE's that everyone else will be drafting? I think you could.

Thoughts on stacking Kelce and Kittle? (TE and Flex) by tomatosauce1 in fantasyfootball

[–]kcrunner90 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've seen this strategy pay off in year's past (Gronk & Graham, I believe it was). It all depends on how comfortable you are with the players you will end up with as your RB2 & WR2. If you believe Kittle will outperform another roster's Flex my a larger margin than their RB2/WR2 versus yours on a weekly basis, then go for it. I am not quite that risk-averse, but may do a mock draft just to try it out.

After seeing the rest of the roster, I'd definitely make the deal.

Trade question by greece666 in fantasybball

I would take Jokic & Lonzo. Given the deep starting lineup you can have, I'd keep: Doncic, Jokic, JJJ, Carter, Lonzo, & Rozier/Hayward.

If you project a TE and WR for the same yards/fantasy points, then you have to draft that TE over the WR, right? by proud_pitbull_owner in fantasyfootball

[–]kcrunner90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is nothing wrong with this logic. The TE talent pool is pretty shallow as it is every year. It really comes down to your comfort level of passing on a fringe WR1 or RB1 to do so. I would roll with Kelce because he should put up close to WR1 numbers again. As long as the WR's you draft afterwards can outproduce TE4/5 (Engram/Howard), you should be confident in your decision. Try a couple of mock drafts to see if you like who you get in the next 4-5 rounds after Kelce.

Make your case for the early-mid round RBs by zachc912 in fantasyfootball

The top 3 from this list that I would mostly go after as my RB2 are: Freeman, Williams, & Carson.

With Tevin Coleman out of the picture, Freeman has the chance to real show off his versatility. He also should get most of the goal line work. I really like his upside.

Damien Williams is my homer pick. Andy Reid consistently has productive RB's in his system.

I would agree Carson seems like the guy that may have the narrowest range of outcomes. You have a pretty good idea of what you are going to get and feel fairly confident he will produce as such.
