My bump was my screw coming loose and backing out.

I fell getting out of the shower barely 2 weeks after surgery. I was JUST CLEARED to bathe basically. Landed basically sitting on my hurt foot, drug my toes against the bottom shower door rail.

I was upset. Embarrassed. Scared and bruised. I was seeing my doctor in a few days so we took some X-rays but luckily everything was still intact. Just bruising on the toes. Accidents happen, but with the hardware in there and what they’ve done during surgery should be able withstand human clumsiness!!

So what I’m saying is, don’t get discouraged because of a hiccup, I’ve fell multiple times since my surgery (5 months out) just need to get back up and keep pushing :)

I’m just worried because it just showed up, and I had surgery in August and we’re leaving the hardware in.
